1 tablespoon oil
1/2 tablespoon of baking powder
1 tablespoon melted butter
The consistency of the dough will be runny, as it should be - it's crepes!
Reduce heat to medium low and allow sauce to simmer gently for about 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and allow to cool for about 5 more minutes.
Meanwhile make crepes.
In a medium skillet, heat the 1/2 tablespoon of butter and coat the entire pan with it.
Using ladle slowly pour some of the dough into the skillet until it covers the entire bottom.
Cook over medium low heat until the edges become slightly dry, about 45 seconds.
With a spatula flip onto the other side.
Cook for about another 30 seconds or until the bottom side is golden brown.
Repeat the process until all the dough has been used.
Spoon filling in center of the crepe.
Fold the crepe to cover the filling
and fold again, making a roll.
Put crepes on the plate, spoon a little of sauce on top and add whipped cream or sugar powder (optional).
